The virtual showroom is used by Jungheinrich to virtually present its subject areas and hold events digitally. Jungheinrich can present current product innovations in the company's corporate design, make content available for download and interact with users.
The "New dimension in intralogistics" event acts as a source of information about innovations and enables direct contact with the experts. The objective is to bring LogiMAT "home" to visitors who cannot be present at the trade fair in Stuttgart.
Participants from a wide range of countries registered for the virtual event on the topic of digitalisation. Participation in the event and the live streams were possible in a total of 6 languages (German, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Polish).
On the event day, there were 30-minute expert talks on innovative topics such as e-mobility, digitalisation in warehouse management, automation and the warehouse of tomorrow. Brand ambassador Nico Rosberg was on site as a speaker in the live streams. In addition, 21 experts were available to visitors as support in the chat throughout the event.
One component of the "New dimension in intralogistics" event in Jungheinrich's virtual showroom is the virtual extension of the trade fair stand at LogiMAT in Stuttgart. The virtual building of the 3D world is based on the architecture of a real Jungheinrich AG building. The tour of the trade fair stand, where users can discover the trade fair highlights online at the virtual stand, is true to the motto "We bring you the best of LogiMAT - from the exhibition grounds directly to your office."

Communicating with 6 countries was very exciting: all content had to be delivered and used correctly. In addition, organising the chat was a challenge, as the 21 chat hosts took part representing the 6 countries and all the communication was often cross-language, even among themselves. However, the contact persons were always fully committed to the project, were always available and worked very hard, so that the joint work was always fun and we were able to complete the project with great satisfaction.
